my computer lags alot

32???? That is either incredibly low and you have a really old computer, or you are reading the wrong stuff.
Try telling me what is under Paging File.

Also tell us all the information about the Graphics card.

i dont see a paging file and again i say witch one is graphic card???

That is the problem. This most likely means that it has a VERY old, crappy integrated Intel graphics chip. The only thing you can do is turn the graphics down all the way, but even the nyou still will probable get lag. Solution: Buy a computer that does not suck.

As far as I can tell the IBM ThinkPads vary vastly in their quality.

If you just click "Save all information" in the dxdiag screen, and then attach it to a post, it will save you having to write down all the specs and we will see what can be done (if anything).

I have a feeling that Starcraftman may be right and that you need a new computer, however I would be willing to make sure that there is no other alternative for you before I commit to that statement.
