Anim8or is free and easy to use, but if you're going to do modeling for Blockland add-ons, I don't recommend it.

If you can't figure out Blender or MS3D, you're forgeted, there's no program that auto-gens models from whatever you're thinking (And if there were, you'd be cheating! D:<)
