We can't prove much about black holes, I'm pretty sure that their actual existence is still doubted. I mean, we don't have any in labs to prod with needles and scalpels.

Was this documentary called something like The Hawking Paradox, or something similar?
I remember recording something like that and watching it, it included at the end where Hawking was like "IT'S PARALLEL UNIVERSES LOL"
It was about black holes and how can the "information"(planets matter whatever) disappear, I think they called it the Information Paradox.

They are an explanation of certain things I believe. That is how we know they exist. A super massive black hole is what is believed to hold the milky way together.
