Are you suggesting that he's requesting to request to request to delete the requests and suggestions forum?
General Nick:
It filters out all the "I HAVE A COOL IDEA FOR BLOCKLAND PLZ READ THIS" threads from other forums.
Like Drama filters out drama from other forums. And Games filters out Games from other forums.
The only forum I'd vote to take down is AoT Clan Discussion. No one really uses it anymore.
