A Shield

It would be nice to have a shield.  It would fully block bullets, but explosions would still have some impact.  Also, the player would walk slower with it out, about the speed of a player when walking and holding down C.  The shield should be as tall as the player and have a clear part near the top to see through. (bullet proof glass)  Anyways, this would be useful to have on my city rps.  Can anyone do it?

I know heed is putting a medieval-ish shield in his next pack of: Heed Medieval.
