Can't upload new avatar

Well, it may be a noobish question...
But..Since the forums are up again it seems that i can't upload a new avatar.
My last avatar wasen't offensive as far as i know.
It was a blockhead in stormtrooper decal pointing a blasterrifle at a blockhead in rebel decal.
I would like to know what could it be..
