I see no compelling reasons to upgrade. Memory usage has never been an issue since Vista surrenders any in use to the active application and an upgrade is dirt cheap. Compatibility is fine, few issues in that regard. Most can be fixed with a dab of Admin rights or XP compatibility mode. |

Although SuperToxic actually had some issues, his case is rare. |
