Vehicles not spawning.

Well I'm on my server trying to spawn vehicles/zombies and they're not spawning. How could I fix this?

This has happened to me before. Try restarting your game. If that doesn't work I don't know what to tell you...

General Nick:

If you're spawning them near a mountain of terrain, it won't work.

You need to spawn vehicles on flat ground, or put the vehicle spawn on a 1x1x5 or something and spawn it like that.
