Hugums:

Oromis if you really want help I'll tell you all I know about the Greek gods.
First there was nothing. Then snake
First there was nothing, Chaos, the void. Then from chaos sprung Gaia, Tartarus, Erebus, Nyx, Eros|, and Urstar fish. Gaia and Urstar fish mixed to produce the numerous titans. Most famous of which was Kronos. But the beasts Echidna and Hecatonchires also sprung forth. The cyclops' were also begotten but upon seeing them Urstar fish cast the three cyclops' into Tartarus. After many centuries, Kronos and Rhea produced the original Greek gods; Demeter, Hestia, Hera, Poseidon, Hades and of course, Zeus. Kronos was afraid one of his children would over throw him as foretold by a prophet, So to prevent this he swallowed all of his children. But Rhea saved one of her children by wrapping a rock in swaddling clothes and giving it to Kronos, Who promptly swallowed it. Rhea took the baby Zeus to the Nymphs of the woods. they raised Zeus till he was strong enough to overthrow his father. Zeus and his mother worked together to make Kronos throw up Zeus' brothers and sisters. When they were thrown up Zeus and a few of the titans that were not entirely evil went to free the cyclops' from Tartarus. The group rebelled and,
-Insert war here-When the war was over the gods claimed their place on mount Olympus. Now to keep the story short 'll say Zeus got busy. I mean REALLY busy. He was screwing mortals and goddesses left and right. And so came the other gods we know of, Hephaestus, Ares, Athena, Persephone, Hermes and, Aphrodite||. Of course those other gods had many children.
|Conflicting origins. Eros is usually mentioned as the son of Aphrodite and Ares, but Hesiod's Theogony places him as one of the primordial beings, born from the Void (Chaos)
||There are two major conflicting stories for Aphrodite's origins: Hesiod (Theogony) claims that she was "born" from the foam of the sea after Cronos castrated Urstar fish, thus making her Urstar fish' daughter; but Homer (Iliad, book V) has Aphrodite as daughter of Zeus and Dione. According to Plato (Symposium 180e), the two were entirely separate entities: Aphrodite Ourania and Aphrodite Pandemos.

You cant kill gods or titans. or Kronos. Zeus cut him up and dumped his remains in Tartarus. he might get out and team with Hades and WREAK HAVOC ON OUR WORLD

and stuff

btw jsk, i just want like a family tree.... except maybe without the complication that bob gave me.... lets start with Zeus and Poseidon's generation and work our way down.

I doubt Hades would help the person who tried to kill him.

Also, you should get firefox, it has a nice spellchecker that would be wonderful for you.

Hazard:

This is what i REMEMBER. No promises.

Kronos was pretty much the beginning. He ate all of his sons and daughters but when Zeus was born, his mom replaced him with a rock so he would live and Kronos ate the rock. So Zeus planned a way to save his brothers and sisters and made Kronos drink a potion which made him throw up all of them and they joined forces and became the gods and goddesses and defeated the Titans...
