Wand Issue

Skeleton:

I host a dedicated ship build, and I get alot of noobs. They randomly pull out their wands and just start hitting stuff, which should have no effect. But, it actually destroys the brick. So now I have noobs running around wanding crap and deleting other peoples builds. If this is an addon of some kind that messes with this could ya let me know? Do I have a crap copy of BL? Does this happen to you?

Blockland is a computer program. It does not degrade over time.

I looked and it's set to that. Anyways, what does that do?
As for Kalphiter, I know it doesn't degrade over time. I have downloaded BL on my laptop before and the schedule quota limit is zero, and when I set it higher it says its higher but when I go in its still zero. And other issues like that lead me to re-download BL and everything was fine.

When you load the bricks, make sure the box that says "load ownership" or something like that is checked.
