Using it on different ISPs is like lending it to a friend.

My key is not deactivated for using it in 3 places so far:

Home(ISP - Optimum)
Grandparents house(ISP - Optimum)

But you still can't use it at both places!

What part of "Only one of you can use it" do you not get "Only one network" out of?
You clearly do not get it at all.
The master server does not have the magical ability to somehow determine it's the same person using it at multiple places.
If you're using it at the same time, it just says "Two different networks. Disconnect it."
