No Drop Items

i would like a script so that you cant drop items like you would say /toggledropitems to activate or deactivate.

Exists and was released by Angear.

It was failed though. You might still be able to find it on rtb2 (not really toggleable though so only turn it on when your close to finished to whatever you need it for)

i need it for my team fortress 2 server , people cheat by getting into a class then dropping items of that class and then changing class again then getting the items dropped EXAMPLE: im a scout i drop that shotgun a scout gets then i become a heavy i get the shotgun dropped so now i have a shotgun and a minigun.
