If your admin, do these steps... 1. Start > Accessories > Run 2. MSCONFIG 3. Tools tab 4. Click the Disable UAC/UAP function, and click Launch. 5. The command prompt will run, then exit it and restart your computer. 6. Attempt running the installer again. This is recommended ONLY if your computer can start up quickly right after a shut down. |

Only problem is, No download links for windows installer 5, also can't find way to uninstall it. |
