LAN game

whoremoan:
I have 2 PC's on the network both running individual genuine licensed copies of Blockland.
I am trying to get them to work across the network to play a LAN game but am having no luck!!
When I try to run as a LAN game the PC that is trying to connect gets the message "The server has dropped the connection" and a message appears on the host screen saying "[player] has left the game"
looking at the log, it looks like the player was kicked because the server thinks it's an internet client, trying to connect to a LAN game
So I tried running it as an internet game. Same thing happens but this time i get the message "blockland ID could not be verified"
I've tried hosting on both PC's and the same thing happens.

I've tried all the usual suggestions on the forum like changing my blockland name or re-entering my blockland key. I even set up port forwarding on my router (port 28000 - 28032).
Also I can connect to internet games no problem on both PC's

Any ideas?

Do the computers have piferent I.P.s?
fat boy:
it is not 28000-28032! it is 28000-28000

Uh, no.
The ports from 28000 to whatever, are the amount of people you can host to.
Also, here's a tip: Try using a Dedicated LAN server, see if you have any luck with that.
