Enhanced Simulation Water Bricks

A GUY:

You know how you can Build in REAL map Water?
And you can't in Brick Simulation Water, because of OverLap, because it is a brick?
Well, I don't know if it is possible or not, but there should be Water Bricks, you can build in...
It would be better for Scenery in Submarine RPGs, Maybe?
You know, Better underwater Stuff.
