If you want the image to blend with the background you need to make the background the same grey rather then trans, but that might conflict with your minifig's colours.

EDIT: I'm going to make it so you can upload one image if you have an account.

EDIT2: Server images overlay now, I had alpha blending turned off.

Very Nice, but I think it would look nicer if you made it a bit more compact, like take out the extra space at the bottom. Still better then mine.
