I think for kids who DO have ADD and ADHD, it's quite important they take pills. But alot of kids who are just more hyper than their stuffty parents like them to be decide to get them diagnosed so they can drug them up. |

they diagnose it the same way as depression. among other questions; the doctor asks you if your depressed or bipolar. if you say yes, then you aren't, and your a danger to have the meds. |
