Unwater Bricks

Yeah, that Idea of mine, and a friend's for those, Advanced Water simulation bricks, or what I called them, is impossible.
So, I thought of a new Water Brick Idea, this one, Is most likely also impossible though.
Yeah, so...
Unwater Bricks
are for, if you make like, a whole build out of them, in a Map's water, it will make the inside of it, with no water.
For like, Submarines, you know?
