Animated Gimp avatar

I made one of those Animated spheres with Gimp 2, and was wondering how to get it onto the Forums. When I try to resize it, it automatically switches to either 75x56 or 100x75. Any way to resize it right? Also, what is the best format to export it to?

Alright, even the Gif animator thing can't resize it. It still puts it at 100x75... Can somebody do it for me? Here's the link, it's in a Gimp (.xcf) file. Sorry, mediafire was being handicapped with the .Gif: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?zynwzankm1x
