According to the Half Life Wikia, the cake in Portal is a Black Forest Cake, the opposite color of black is white, obviously, replace the 'Black' in 'Black Forest Cake' and you've got a White Forest Cake, White Forest, being one of the locations in Half Life 2 Episode 2 :D
