Do you have a phobia of grabbing that sucker and squeezing it until it explodes? Because I've never used a needle to pop anything..

And that's also how you make the infection worse, dumbrichard.
Hazard:
I would pop that thing in a second. I pop any and all blisters I have (and they've never gotten infected) and that one just looks disgusting which would make me pop it even quicker.
