OK, i was just looking at some profiles, scrolled down and saw some sigs. Then, i saw that it didn't say "Send a personal message to this person". I don't know why this is happening, maybe this is a new forum thing or I'm provoked from sending messages, or it is something wrong with my laptop but please help.

Really? I told someone to stop PMing me, and they did 3 more times. I don't think anything happened to him. Unless you spammed numerous people, idk why it happened

1st. They are gone forever. You can't do anything about it except make a alt. But the you would be banned. So just ignore it. 2nd. While you're at it, lock this topic
