Well, what exactly went wrong?

EDIT: Is it a mono or a stereo? If it's a stereo it won't work in Blockland.

I converted Dragula.mp3 to Dragula.ogg. I put it in my add-ons music folder and when i go to start a game i look in the music and it is not there

You need to put music in the music folder in add-ons, and make sure it's mono, not stereo.

I got the song all set and tested and working, but even with lowering the quality as much as I could, the lowest size I could get is 3.5MB. I can't upload it because the limit on the forums is 512KB. Sorry.
