| Hoogle has a problem... A BAD ONE |

Hi, my name is Hoogle, recently I bought a new computer (this detail is relevant to the story) and Blockland does not seem to work on it. It has worked on my last computer (see how I was subtly foreshadowing a problem had arrised). I'm going to try the AMD Dual Core doodah though I don't know if that would be much help... BECAUSE ITS A TRIPPLE CORE PROCESSOR :cookieMonster: To be more precise it's an AMD Phenom 8750 To be more precise. When I run Blockland the menu works fine and stuff it's only when I start a game or join a server is when the problems start. It sometimes loads completely and then it crashes or loads part way and then crashes. I've never entered actual gameplay. For those who may be interested I have copied some texts wich Mrs Windows Vista gave me. What she had to say was... Could you post your console.log (after you have recieved the crash). It may be something wrong with the install. Also - I would suggest running in administrator mode, and also dont install BL to the programme files folder on Vista (I think)... I believe it has some funky permissions on vista which make things go craaaaazy. |

Have you tried running in XP compatability? I do that :3. Some people have it working without I believe. But yeah, right click shortcut, properties, compatability, change the drop down to XP Service Pack 2 and then also tick the Administrator box aswell (just to be sure). Im assuming your old computer was XP |

I had already set the compatibility mode to that and it doesn't work :(. And yes my last PC was XP. Thanks for helping though. |
