I dont know how she could be lazy as waking up at 5:00 AM and going to bed at around 11 or 12, you could only get 5 or 6 hours of sleep, when the usual is 8. I tried waking up at this time, and my blaring alarm clock(everyone in my house could hear it) couldnt even wake me up. I woke up an hour later. What lack of ambition? She wakes up at 5:00 AM to support her family! I see your mom as a hard worker.
