A few days ago when I was in Edmonton (I am in Calgary now.), I tried to buy some TF2 and HL2 for my PS3, SO I found them, walked up to the till and gave them to the clirk. SHe asks, are you over 17? I said, I could be. Since I though she was being sarcastic. THen she asked again, and I said no. So she just says I cannot buy these games. Me mad as hell, ask "Are you serious?" She just yells Next.
Stupid Alberta.
In BC, I could get away with buying that.

Why should they care, EB Games doesn't, as long as they make money.

EBGames/GameStop does this to any games rated M. They want to make sure their parents know they are playing these games.
It's not even laws its just common sense and good work ethic.

It's not a law, it's just a practice that GameStop/EB Games enforces.
You have to be 17 or older with identification to purchase games rated M.
