Chrono on the iTouch?

I was looking through the free apps just a little while ago, and downloaded that sheep launcher free thing. I then noticed on startup of the app, the creator was "Kronos" and the animation, when finished, looked like Chrono's gear avatar. Relation? Discuss. Sorry, no pix.
