The original Dr Who Series was better in different ways, for example they loving DIDN'T STAY ON EARTH THE HOLE GOD DAMN SERIES. Oh wait they went to NEW EARTH and everything revolves around EARTHLINGS. The old one was so epic, aliens races/planets and solving neat puzzles rather then running in circles yelling drama at each other, though I do really love the new one it just doesn't have that Sci-fi feeling of the original. Also Battlestar Galactica in discussion of Sci-fi, the new and old series are just as good for me. |

The new Dr Who reminded me a lot of Sliders which dealt with using a TV remote to travel to parallel Earths. Where everything is the same, but there's always some major screwed up difference. Man I miss Sliders. :( |

It's interesting seeing some historical events and how The Doctor intertwines with them. Also, they DO go to other planets. The Library, that one Crystal Planet with the mind control aliens, The Satan Pit... |
