Before you go any further, remind yourself that port fowarding is different for alot of people. As in, interfaces and crap. Its pretty easy once you know how, though. Also, never offer free super admin- you wont meet many smart nice people, they know that Free Super Admin means a bad hosted server.
That being said, here's how I get to my TCP protocol on my Vista computer. The stuff I say might not appear on your computer. If it doesn't, say so and I'll try to figure out what to do. If any of this stuff here sounds familiar, you probably already did it, but you might want to redo it anyway.
Go to the start menu and choose Control Panel.
Click Network and Internet, then Network and Sharing Center.
On the left, click on Manage Network Connections.
Right click on whatever connection you're using and choose Properties. If prompted to Continue or Cancel, Continue.
Click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and then the Properties button.
