All of the sudden it says it could not connect with the VAC server.

  Ugh to restart your computer you just push the reset button or press the start button and click on the restart button. To check VAC status go to steam, click settings, and under account look for VAC Status. It should say in good standing, if it says anything else you might need to contact tech support.

It says in good standing.  I'll try restarting my computer.

Edit: Still doesn't work.

Another computer in the house is on and uses the same Steam account.  Is this causing the problem?

You arent supposed to be able to have your steam account active on multiple computers at once silly. I think thats the problem/
