Essay and Report

I need to write an Essay and Report for English, I want some idea's on what I can do. Any thing preferably easy, I don't need to be all professional about it I just need to show that I'm capable of doing it. This basically means any subject/interest.
Ideas here now plx, I want to get my school work done so I can work on BL and ZW stuff D:
