Help! My addons are messed up!

It always seems, eventually, that my addons gradually dissapear... First, the Homing Vector refused to spawn. I checked RTB mods, start a game addons, and the addon folder. EVERYTHING said that it should be there! All checked! First went the Old School Rifle, then the Minigun, then the Grenade... and probably more to come
What is going on?!?! This seems to eventually happen on any computer to me! It is so frustrating! I check all the addons to see if they are failed or untested, but none are wrong. Am I doing something wrong? Is it a glitch with an addon I always download? RTB? Help!

homing vector is over powered, so i could see why somebody would fail it, but not sure about the others

No, it's not that. It was working fine until a while ago. Other addons have been dissapearing. I don't think I has anything to do with it. I know at least one person would know how to deal with this...

Homing Vector works fine for me. Though for some reason, when I start a game, it auto-deactivates Health Players, and that's like the standards of playertypes! One thing I suggest is to try and move certain add-ons to another folder, or de-activate add-ons, until you find one that seems to be interfering with the add-ons in question.
...or you got too many add-ons in your folder :P
