Just curious how many rock fans are out there, and to discover witch Van Halen years reigned supreme. I personally like David better both in Van Halen and as a solo artist.

Neither is better. Sammy is a waaaayyyy better singer than David, but David has an amazing stage presence. But Van Halen rocks. I saw them in concert not too long ago :D

Sammy Hagar. Distinct voice, very talented, even though ChickenFoot isn't exactly amazing.
