$Recycle.Bin isnt the same as just going into your recycling bin
You have to enable that viewing hidden files and folders thing and then go to C:\$Recycle.Bin and delete that file. Ive had a virus before that was hidden inside $Recycle.Bin and I and had to manually delete it
Regulith:
I enabled hidden folders and didn't see it. I'll search around and see what comes up.

I just don't want to delete that file and end up breaking my computer. :|

Type C:\$Recycle.Bin as your directory

I did a little fishing and there is a virus that is known to hide in the recycle bin W32/SirCam@MM but I see no mention of it stopping scans.

However many anti viruses have the recycle bin on their scan exclusion list and that may be the problem.

I have no idea where I'm supposed to do that :S

Nevermind, did that, but that folder is empty.

Correction: It contains 2 files and 3 folders, but I can't see them.
