My dedi console is messed up

Ok when im hosting my console pops open
Then i try to do this with my other blockland open on my server
Talk("Hello");
And it doesn't say
Console:Hello

Try typing it into the dedicated console window.

I typed Talk("Hello"); in the dedi console and it didnt work.

Did you type it in the actual window running the dedicated server?
