Well even if the OP is craving attention I don't think your getting the point that this is to discuss cheap toilet paper,

I read burning as bleeding and now I can't get "My star fish is Bleeding!" from Rejected out of my head.

It's a risk you take when you want to make sure that your bung is extra clean. I mean if you don't wipe good enough, it'll be all over your underwear, so better on your finger than a permanent stain in your drawers.
