Except Lego has more of an equal length and width as compared to ROBLOX's taller heads.
Plus, ROBLOX characters don't have arms or feet. I never really got how they're supposed to stand up :\

I like the minifig having floating hands. It lets me make custom animations without worrying about the arms overlapping with stuff.

That's a very good point. And you don't have to magically change the length of the arms.
