Not crying is something that you shouldn't be proud of. Neither is crying.
I for one cried towards the end because I usually like to get an emotional attachment to the main character and feel how he feels. So when SPOILERS happened I felt sad due to how the main character must feel :(.
It always gets me with fathers and their emotions.
