i crack just about every bone and they dont hurt after except my spine so i stopped doing that D:
funfact:D: the sound from cracking them isnt the bone but some air or something being released from the joints

Nitrogen, specifically. The official story I've heard from doctors is that if it doesn't hurt, it's okay. The second it does start to hurt, you might want to stop.
