cracking your back is good lol. all bones in your body can be moved and misplaced. causing that pain or stiffness. it can be avoided if you do alot more stretching every day. bones that move around as normal can return to a correct alignment on their own if your muscles are loose and flexible. |

I went to the doctor and she said it was probably a muscle or a nerve that got messed up somehow. She said excercise it, and it will feel better in a few days. I'm excercising it by clenching and unclenching my fist, and thats making it hurt like hell. Wish me a safe recovery! |
