It really doesn't matter unless he HAS a MicroATX case and he bought ATX.
Is your computer one of those small box cube ones? Like these;
Or is it an actual rising up tower?
Also, budget please? We can try and put together a list of good parts together, because your CPU can't go with your motherboard, and you chose two 9500GT. Both of which aren't that great for gaming.

I would prefer a budget of $400 to $800.

I'll just say $800 is the max.
Do you need any new CD Drives, speakers, monitors, that sort?
Also, how much wattage is your power supply? This'll determine if you need a new one or not.
