Music Won't Show Up On List :/

I found a perfect song for one of my servers I finished editing it and exported it to an ogg but it won't show up on the list, i made another song the other day and it worked fine. (I used audacity for both) Someone help please. Or just make the first 58 seconds of David Bowie-Space Oddity (its for my space Cruise server :3)
Dread:
1) Make sure that the file is mono ogg vorbis
2) Make sure you placed it in add-ons/music
3) Make sure you enabled it
