I know a lot of people with uncapitalized names. It doesn't mean their handicapped, it probably just means there to lazy to capitalize.

And such irony that uncapitalized names are mostly unaware that their name is automatically in the server title.

You don't need to be discriminative because their names are uncapitalized.
