Of course i am a teenager too and i was lucky as hell because one of my parents friends was moving and had a adult (aka lightly)used computer which they gave to me and it was a windows xp which was even better. As soon as i got internet on it my dad went to Internet options clicked on content adviser tab told it to block nudity and put a password on it. But unfortunately apparently microsoft hasn't looked at any websites including there own and have not rated the page so my dad has to pick the websites I'm allowed to go on. All i have is my school blockland and return to blockland right now (i don't use anything else really). Now everytime i click on a download from mediafire it has a different tag for each download and my dad has to download it which is just crap.

Damn dude, that sucks. We have McAfee on our current computer and my parents put parental restrictions on it, locked with a password. This continued to piss me off, so one day I had a grea idea and downloaded a keystroke recording program, had my mom come enter the password (and act like it was something normal), then whe she was gone, I opened the log and presto, there was the password. It was so awesome, and that was like 3 years ago, they haven't changed the password since and they obviously don't know I know it.
