Have fun. I haven't bothered looking over it because I don't have the time. Be careful though, the crimes are defined differently between different countries. For example, rape is a violent crime in the US, it might be classified as infringement of human rights in Japan, which could also include things as broad as suppressing protests without going through the proper legal channels or failing to provide emergency medical care to someone unable to pay for it (I haven't checked though), which might cause some issues in any comparisons. Check the numbers then the definitions.

But as everyone else pointed out, she's not being raped. If she were being raped, the sign would not say "Please do it at home."

The reason they post signs is simply because people who get caught will use the tired old excuse "Oh, well I don't see a sign saying I can't"
