So whats up with this college program?

Well, It seems that every year, About 300 people from college get sent out to Israel for a year to live Israeli life.
Last night, I met about 100 people from those students, At the beach, Getting drunk as forget.
I personally found it amusing and enjoyable to speak to drunk college students :P
For any of the college users here, Do you know about this program?
