Actually, YouTube is more concerned about "copyright" bullstuff even when you hold the rights to (x) video and they are completely loving with the site against everyone's will, and they don't take feedback from anyone though they ask for it.
Google needs to back away from the keyboard and stop getting into others' work. They just forget them up anyway.

YouTube and Google would much rather take down a video or advertise all over it than get sued for harboring thousands of copyrighted audio tracks. Posting the tracks is illegal in the first place, so you're basically complaining that YouTube won't let you break the law.
