Ok, if a girl has to think about it, she's thinking about how to say no without actually saying no, unless she's deciding between you and some other guy in the first place, which isn't the best. I suggest finding someone else to "date", and a better friend.. although I highly doubt they would just ask out the girl because they felt like mocking you and had no feelings for them, or they're just one terrible scum bag you shouldn't be hanging around.
