Possibly. The banner would have to be set via an online interface. With the new website it'll be possible to configure your server using a web interface and then update the server with those settings - without ever having to join it. A banner could be another configurable option. |

If someone doesnt want to puta banner he could have default Blockland one and btw add RTB As default at v15 |
