Fixed, in-game users were essentially ddosing the server when it came out of a power cycle so I closed the api for a bit to get it started up and now we're good to go again.

There was way too much api usage last night for a usual Monday night so I suspect there's some sort of bug in the RTB Networking (or an add-on) causing it to send too many requests at once. The problem should be resolved now.
